As each item is handmade using unique crystals and stones please expect slight variations in shape, color and size. Unless a specific ring size is specified in the item description, then that ring is available in a range of sizes. Please specify your ring size preference in the notes section of your order.
We are currently accepting custom orders. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request and we will get back to you asap about whether the order is feasible.
If you are interested in carrying our product in your store or would like to get in touch about collaborations, please email us at email@example.com. We are currently open to collaboration with influencers and the like- particularly in the environmental realm.
All orders are shipped through USPS. Domestic shipments can arrive between 1-5 business days and international orders can take anywhere between 5-21 days. Once your order is shipped, an email will be sent out with a tracking number for your package. Due to USPS border policies, once a package is beyond United States border, it is no longer trackable. Anya Collective is not responsible for lost packages or for paying any additional customs fees. If you do not receive your order, it is your responsibility to contact USPS.
If you would like your package sent by express delivery, please contact us prior to purchase and we are happy to arrange that option.
Order Processing Time
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. If your order is urgent, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to purchase and we will figure out the best option.
Your satisfaction with your order is our top priority. Please contact us asap if you have any problems with the order. To return an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship the item back within 14 days of delivery. We do not accept order cancellations.
If your item arrives damaged or becomes damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include a photo documentation of the damage. We will repair or replace your item. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the items for repair or refund.
Paypal and most major credit cards are accepted.
Copper naturally oxidizes over time. To delay oxidation, keep your jewelry away from any moisture. All our pieces have been sealed to prevent copper turning your skin green. If this does happen, please let us know and we are happy to re-seal the item free of charge (shipping covered by you). Over time, copper becomes darker as it ages. You can brighten your piece back up with a brass brush or jewelry polishing cloth.
Collection of Information: We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists.
Distribution of Information: We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place.
